Wednesday, 28 January 2009 ( CNY @ 10:22 am ) Oh, better not let sis read this post or else she is going to RANT at me cause she has to go to work while i am basically rotting at home! So, chinese new year was just like previous years! As usual, we had our reunion dinner. But this year, we had it at a restaurant. 初一, we go to church early in the morning, then go 2nd grand-uncle, grand-aunt and grandmother house for visiting. After that, spend the rest of the day at home! 初二, was a little more boring. Spent about 4hrs at grandmother hse and about 3 in the afternoon, i felt as though as amlost HALF the world entered the house!!! Then someone suggested going over to grand-aunt house!!! Having a relatively smaller house, grand-aunt hse was almost full!!! With one corner, people playing mahjong, the other corner people playing blackjack!!! Being the anti-social one, of course i did not join in in any of the games! People coming up to the 3 of us saying,'Wow, ah loy[my daddy as how they address him] children arh!!! All grow up already horh' Then mummy always ask us to call people, but the problem is that we dont even know what to address them. As gu po? Shu shu? Shen shen? Gong gong?
